You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that excellent levels of service are being delivered to the guests during service.
• Managing restaurant budget and financial plans
• Ensure that all equipment used is in safe working order, checked regularly, while ensuring equipment is not used until safe.
• Action guest concerns and compliments by praising staff and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
• Finding, hiring and training Team Members and Shift Supervisors
• Develop the training plan for each new hire
• Scheduling and deploying the team correctly
• Comply with all Taco Bell policies and procedures and rules and regulations.
• Shift management in support of management team.
• During busy periods, providing support to your team.
• Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations and working with the Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Other duties as required.

 Education and Experience:
 

• Previous management experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant (fast food preferred)
• Experience in a leadership role, with direct reports
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• A positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong initiative.
• You must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods.
• Must be able to work flexible hours during, evening, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
