Responsibilities: (includes but not limited to):

• Ensure that Team Members and Shift Leads complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures.
• In the absence of the RGM, you provide the leadership necessary to make sure the restaurant consistently operates to Taco Bell standards.
• Providing feedback to restaurant team members in a positive manner.
• Reading and understanding reports and responding appropriately to solve problems when necessary.
• Assist the RGM with facility maintenance, recruiting and developing great Team Members and Shift Leads to join your team.
• Ensure that health and safety standards are met and that the restaurant is a safe place for all employees to work and customers to visit.
• Complete administrative duties as necessary.
• Assist the RGM with inventory management and hold financial accountability.
