As a Restaurant General Manager, you empower and lead your team to deliver the best moments for our guests. You’ll be responsible for leading daily operations, building people capability, and elevating your restaurant above the competition. With a commitment to fostering a workplace of respect and teamwork, you lead by example through open communication and collaborative leadership.

Role expectations:

  • Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including team operations, inventory management, equipment maintenance, team scheduling, and more.
  • Maintain financial health by achieving food costs and labor goals, managing the profit and loss statement, and meeting sales targets.
  • Leveraging technology (e.g. Hutbot) to track operational metrics, report on restaurant performance and engage with Team Members and Area Coach to identify and drive areas of improvement for the restaurant.
  • Set high standards for yourself and the team you lead. You take pride in ensuring strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and security standards.
  • You have experience building a winning team by managing hiring, onboarding, performance, and leading training for team members.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset to teach and serve as a role model during operations, providing ongoing training and coaching to support your team member's learning and development.
  • Create a culture of inclusivity and recognition, celebrating achievements and contributions.
  • Championing the Pizza Hut brand with your leadership to create the best moments for our guests and quickly resolving guest complaints.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry 25 lbs.
